Sales Manager (B2B Sales, Team Leadership & Revenue Growth) Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours Location: Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico (LATAM) About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing B2B sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive revenue growth by improving team performance, optimizing sales processes, and owning pipeline management and forecasting. If you have a proven track record of leading successful sales teams and consistently achieving revenue targets, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Lead and coach a team of SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives. Set performance goals, KPIs, and activity benchmarks. Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Sales Coaching & Development Coach team members on sales techniques, messaging, and objection handling. Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans. Develop top performers into future sales leaders. Sales Process & Pipeline Management Optimize the sales funnel from lead generation through closed deals. Refine sales playbooks, scripts, and workflows. Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance. Deliver accurate revenue forecasts using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs. Hiring & Onboarding Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales team members. Ensure new hires ramp up quickly and successfully. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance. Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy, forecasting, and revenue planning. Maintain CRM accuracy and promote data-driven decision-making. Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of experience in sales management or business development leadership. Proven success leading B2B sales teams and achieving revenue targets. Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle. Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and analytical skills. Nice to Have Experience in B2B SaaS, agency, or high-growth startup environments. Background in sales enablement or training programs. Experience scaling teams and improving sales processes.
