Job Responsibilities Lead the initiative to clear the backlog of pending items within our accounting software (NetSuite, Oracle, ApprovalMax). Organize and maintain the physical filing systems for two distinct business entities. Assist in the digitization of key records to improve future workflow efficiency. Assist in the preparation and providing necessary operational support for upcoming audit preparation Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Leader on special projects, report generation, or administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and financial ratios Exposure to accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a significant advantage High level of accuracy when working with large data sets and complex numbers Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle sensitive financial data and maintain strict confidentiality Tech-savvy, having a "can-do" attitude toward reconciling discrepancies or finding more efficient ways to track data.
