Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Email & Pipeline Generation | Remote Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused primarily on high-volume outbound email outreach, consistent follow-up, and meeting generation . This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy and not closing . Your primary responsibility is to send high-quality outbound emails, engage prospects, maintain disciplined follow-up, and consistently book qualified meetings for the sales team. If you’re a strong written communicator, comfortable with high activity levels, and motivated by measurable targets, this role is for you. What You’ll Own Outbound Email Outreach – Primary Focus Execute high-volume outbound email campaigns daily Personalize outreach based on prospect and company context Write clear, concise, and persuasive cold emails Test subject lines, messaging angles, and CTAs Use tools such as ChatGPT to improve personalization and messaging efficiency Continuously optimize outreach based on reply and conversion rates Outbound Calling – Secondary Make targeted outbound calls to priority prospects Reinforce email sequences with strategic call follow-ups Engage interested prospects and move conversations forward Lead Management & Follow-Up Manage prospects across structured outbound sequences Maintain consistent follow-up over longer sales cycles Ensure no qualified lead or conversation falls through the cracks Prioritize prospects based on engagement and intent Qualification & Meeting Booking Qualify prospects against defined criteria Convert interested prospects into qualified meetings Schedule calls efficiently for the sales team Provide Account Executives with clear prospect context and handoff notes CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate prospect records in HubSpot or similar CRMs Log outreach, responses, notes, and next steps Keep pipeline stages and follow-up tasks current Maintain strong CRM hygiene Requirements Proven experience as an Outbound SDR, BDR, or similar sales development role Strong experience executing email-heavy outbound campaigns Excellent written English with strong cold-email copywriting ability Experience managing structured outbound sequences and follow-ups Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Comfortable working toward daily and weekly activity targets Highly organized, persistent, and process-driven Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours Full-time Monday–Friday availability Nice to Have Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for outreach personalization Apollo.io or Outreach.io experience Experience prospecting into U.S. or UK markets Cold-calling experience Experience in B2B sales or lead generation What Success Looks Like Consistent high-quality outbound email activity Strong email reply and response rates Qualified meetings booked consistently No missed follow-ups Accurate, organized CRM records Continuous improvement in outreach conversion Key KPIs Emails sent per day/week Reply and positive response rates Qualified meetings booked Email-to-meeting conversion rate Follow-up completion CRM accuracy and activity tracking Interview Process Initial Screening Call Spark Hire Video Interview Sales & Communication Interview Practical Email Writing Task Final Interview Offer & Onboarding Apply Now If you know how to write effective cold emails, personalize outreach, follow up consistently, and turn outbound activity into qualified meetings, we’d love to hear from you. #SalesDevelopmentRepresentative #SDR #OutboundSales #ColdEmail #LeadGeneration #B2BSales #AppointmentSetting #PipelineGeneration #HubSpot #RemoteSales #RemoteJobs
