About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Business Growth/Sales Manager to join our Jeeny for Business (J4B) team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial, you will drive the strategic expansion, commercial growth, and operational execution of our end-to-end B2B corporate mobility solutions across the Kingdom. In this role, you will build long-term client/enterprise partnerships, identify untapped market opportunities, and launch specialised corporate mobility products with smart go-to-market strategies, positioning J4B as the primary transport platform for companies of all sizes. Key Responsibilities: B2B Pipeline & Enterprise Acquisition: Build, manage, and execute a strong commercial pipeline across KSA, targeting client segments ranging from high-growth SMEs to multinational Regional Headquarters (RHQs), government bodies, and giga-project contractors. Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach and high-level client presentations to negotiating and closing long-term corporate mobility agreements. Tenders & RFPs: Lead the preparation, commercial structuring, and submission of formal RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and government tenders across public sector entities and giga-project developers. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Product Rollout: Develop localized GTM strategies to launch and scale new J4B products, customised corporate packages, and specialised service tiers (including employee commuting, event logistics, and executive chauffeur solutions). Identify untapped market gaps in Saudi Arabia’s corporate transport sector and translate client feedback into actionable product/tech road-map. Account Management & Volume Growth: Partner closely with client HR, Finance, and Corporate Travel Managers to ensure smooth on-boarding onto the J4B portal. Monitor account health, drive platform adoption across client employees, and upsell new transport solutions to maximise monthly ride volume and lifetime value (LTV). Pricing Framework: Structure competitive corporate rate cards, volume discounts, and customised credit terms while safeguarding healthy unit economics. Cross-Functional & Operational Alignment: Collaborate directly with BizOps Manager(s) to ensure corporate SLA compliance, driver fulfilment rates, and quality standards across corporate executive rides. Work alongside Finance teams to ensure timely corporate invoicing, payment collections, account reconciliation, and credit limit management across all J4B accounts. Work alongside Product/Tech teams to translate client feedback and market gaps into scalable portal features, enhanced reporting tools, and seamless enterprise tech integrations. Reporting & Insights: Track and report on core performance metrics, including Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), corporate active users, and pipeline health. Deliver weekly commercial updates, revenue forecasts, and strategic market insights. Requirements At least 5 years of proven experience of fast-paced B2B sales or business development experience in KSA, with a strong track record of selling services to SMEs, enterprises, and public sector clients. A proven ability to source, negotiate, and successfully close high-value corporate deals while consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets. Fluent in both Arabic and English and excel at building strong, long-lasting relationships with client decision-makers and internal stakeholders. Comfortably partners across Operations, Finance, and Product/Tech teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, contract compliance, and service delivery. Demonstrates high initiative, proactively solve operational and commercial challenges, and take complete ownership of your work and results. Preferred An existing network among corporate travel, admin, and procurement decision-makers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Experience responding to government tenders or giga-project procurement processes.
