Inbound Marketing Manager (B2B Pipeline & LinkedIn Growth) – Remote | U.S. Hours Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Inbound Marketing Manager to build and scale a predictable B2B pipeline through LinkedIn content, audience engagement, lead nurturing, and demand generation . This is not a traditional content marketing or social media role. Your primary goal is simple: Turn content → conversations → qualified pipeline. You’ll work directly with the founder, who owns closing and sales conversations, while you focus on generating consistent inbound demand and qualified opportunities. You’ll own: LinkedIn content and thought leadership Content-led lead generation Audience engagement Inbound conversations Lead nurturing Funnel optimization Pipeline contribution If you understand how to turn attention into conversations — and conversations into revenue opportunities — this role is a strong fit. What You’ll Own Content-Driven Lead Generation Create high-performing LinkedIn content, including: Posts Hooks Carousels Thought-leadership content Identify content angles that attract: B2B buyers Founders Executives Decision-makers Develop content around customer pain points, industry insights, objections, and buying triggers Test different messaging, formats, and positioning Optimize content based on engagement quality and pipeline contribution — not vanity metrics Content → Conversation → Pipeline Turn LinkedIn engagement into meaningful sales conversations Identify high-intent signals across: Likes Comments Profile views Inbound messages Start natural, relationship-driven conversations with relevant prospects Use personalized, non-salesy DMs to engage potential buyers Qualify prospects based on fit, interest, and buying intent Move qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline Maintain clear visibility into where leads originated and how they progressed Audience Engagement & Lead Nurturing Engage consistently with prospects and target accounts through comments and DMs Build genuine relationships with relevant B2B audiences Follow up with prospects using value-driven interactions Re-engage warm prospects when appropriate Nurture leads that are interested but not yet ready for a sales conversation Ensure promising opportunities do not fall through the cracks Funnel & Conversion Optimization Build and improve a simple inbound funnel: Content → Engagement → Conversation → Qualified Lead → Call Track conversion performance across each stage Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement Develop lead magnets and content offers Build simple nurture flows Improve messaging based on prospect responses and buying signals Create repeatable systems that make inbound pipeline generation more predictable LinkedIn Growth & Personal Brand Development Support founder-led LinkedIn growth and positioning Develop content that strengthens authority and credibility within the target market Maintain consistent publishing and engagement Understand which topics attract the right audience rather than simply generating reach Build a relevant network of prospects and industry decision-makers Pipeline Tracking & Performance Track inbound leads and conversations using CRM tools such as HubSpot Maintain visibility into: Lead source Conversation status Qualified opportunities Calls booked Pipeline generated Measure content performance against business outcomes Use data to improve content, messaging, and conversion strategies Founder & Sales Collaboration Work directly with the founder on pipeline quality Share insights around: Messaging Prospect objections Audience behavior Buying signals Content performance Identify recurring questions and objections that can become future content Help improve the quality of prospects entering sales conversations What Makes You a Strong Fit You may be especially successful in
