Charter Sales Executive (Luxury Travel) Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours (EST) About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Charter Sales Executive to sell private jet charter services to high-value clients. This is a relationship-driven sales role where you’ll manage inbound charter requests, build long-term client relationships, and guide customers through the entire booking process. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, helping clients secure private aviation solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Sales & Client Management Convert qualified inbound charter inquiries into confirmed bookings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients. Guide clients through the charter booking process from inquiry to confirmation. Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business. Communication & Coordination Communicate with clients via phone, email, Slack, and WhatsApp. Prepare flight options and pricing based on client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in a rotational schedule to support client needs. CRM & Administration Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Track customer interactions and booking activity. Ensure all sales activities and client communications are properly documented. Required Experience & Skills Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust with clients and close high-value opportunities. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotational schedule. Nice to Have Experience in luxury, travel, hospitality, or high-ticket sales. Exposure to private aviation or the travel industry. Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms. Interest in private aviation and luxury travel. What Success Looks Like High conversion rate of inbound inquiries. Strong client satisfaction and retention. Repeat business from existing clients. Accurate CRM records and timely communication. Consistent achievement of sales targets.
