What You’ll Be Doing Managing calendars and taking a proactive approach to diary management Handling departmental operations, including budget management and opening support tickets Coordinating with third-party vendors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Facilitating alignment and communication with local regulators and key partners Drafting sensitive correspondence and preparing papers for high-level meetings Managing multiple projects and priorities, including off-sites and large-scale events Processing expenses and card returns with high attention to detail Handling confidential information with absolute integrity Collaborating with other Executive Assistants across the organisation to share best practices What You'll Need 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in an operational support role The ability to navigate cultural nuances in local negotiations and stakeholder alignment Experience managing operational tasks, such as budgets, ticketing systems, or third-party vendors Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset The ability to manage high-pressure environments and sensitive information with discretion Solid communication skills to handle internal and external correspondence effectively
