What You’ll Be Doing Leading the full product lifecycle for crypto features and new products at a global scale while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in fintech Defining product requirements for secure, scalable systems Driving integration with third-party infrastructure, such as liquidity venues, custodians, and market data providers Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk and Compliance, and Treasury to build resilient, compliant features with real-time financial and regulatory logic Using data and user research to identify pain points, investigate anomalies, and deliver optimisations for pricing, latency, and trade UX Supporting readiness for new asset classes, geographies, or regulatory regimes What You'll Need 3+ years of product ownership or technical product management experience in fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure A solid understanding of backend architecture and financial systems Experience delivering high-performance systems in regulated environments Familiarity with crypto or traditional trading mechanics Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to effectively align with multiple internal teams Analytical thinking and proficiency with structured data and system design discussions Nice to have Experience working with digital asset products in fintech and/or crypto Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing cryptoassets Hands-on experience with prototyping tools or user testing frameworks An interest in behavioural design or gamified product mechanics
