Key Responsibilities End-to-End Solution Development: Contribute to the end-to-end development of solutions, including research, planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System Optimization: Help improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of existing components. Guided Engineering: Develop under the guidance of an experienced professional, covering coding, testing, deployment, debugging, code reviews, and quality assurance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (Product, Design, Engineering, or related technical teams) to understand problems and contribute to solutions. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with the team and continuously learn. Productivity & Best Practices: Build productivity skills around version control, CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and industry best practices. AI Tool Integration: Use AI tools (copilots, agents) to support research, planning, implementation, and review—providing adequate context and critically validating the generated output. Ownership of AI Outputs: Understand and take full ownership of deliverables produced with AI assistance, ensuring quality and alignment with Pipefy’s standards. Requirements Technical Foundations: Strong understanding of technical fundamentals (programming logic and fields related to the position). AI Interest & Hands-On Experience: Genuine interest and initial experience in applying AI to technical workflows. Critical Thinking with AI: Ability to use AI critically and responsibly—testing and validating results before applying them. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
