Qualifications Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum). Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems. Experience using Meta Ads Manager and analyzing campaign performance. Strong understanding of marketing metrics including CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, OAS, frequency, and attribution. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends and performance patterns. Ability to communicate insights clearly through reports and dashboards. Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus. Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools is preferred but not required. Previous experience in healthcare, coaching, or information-product marketing is a plus. Responsibilities Monitor Meta advertising campaigns daily and identify performance trends. Produce daily and weekly marketing performance reports for leadership. Maintain and improve centralized KPI dashboards in Google Sheets. Analyze marketing funnels, conversion rates, and return on ad spend. Track lead attribution and campaign performance across Meta Ads and GoHighLevel CRM. Measure webinar performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Support new campaign launches by building dashboards, benchmarks, and tracking systems. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support marketing and sales decisions. Collaborate with marketing, creative, advertising, and sales operations teams. Provide proactive recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and marketing ROI.
