Qualifications Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum). Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems. 1–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related role. Experience working in the advertising, publishing, or AI/ML industries. Strong writing and organizational skills; able to craft clear tickets and PRDs. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex industries and technical platforms. A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Nice To Haves Familiarity with Agile practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear) Prior startup experience. Responsibilities Translate strategy and direction from the CEO into clear, detailed product requirements and user stories. Write tickets, PRDs, demos, and other methods to guide engineering and design. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and business teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with company priorities. Assist with mockups and product flows to clarify requirements.
