What You'll Do: - Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes. - Support the creation of functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams to communicate requirements clearly. - Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to help bridge business needs with practical solutions. - Help monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, flagging risks or deviations to senior team members. - Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decision making. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to optimize processes and workflows.
