Atuar com Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Data Policies, ACLs, UI Actions e Flow Designer. Implementar automações utilizando Flow Designer e Integration Hub. Desenvolver e manter integrações com sistemas corporativos utilizando APIs REST e SOAP. Participar de testes, homologações e implantações de novas funcionalidades. Apoiar iniciativas de Governança de TI alinhadas às melhores práticas de ITIL. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua e automação de processos. Atuar na evolução, governança e qualidade da CMDB. Apoiar iniciativas de adoção e evolução do CSDM (Common Service Data Model). Garantir a integridade dos relacionamentos entre itens de configuração (CIs). Apoiar processos de governança e gestão de ativos tecnológicos. Configurar e apoiar a adoção dos recursos de Now Assist (Generative AI). Identificar oportunidades de aplicação de Inteligência Artificial em atendimento, automação operacional, gestão do conhecimento, produtividade e self-service. Participar de iniciativas relacionadas à evolução e sustentação da plataforma.
