Senior Product Designer at BairesDev In this role, you'll design and improve the usability of a complex enterprise product with dense, high-intensity workflows. Leaning heavily on AI design tooling and an established AI-aligned design system, you'll pair closely with UI software engineers for clean, efficient handoff. What You'll Do: - Design and improve usability across complex, high-intensity enterprise product workflows. - Use AI design tooling to accelerate the design process from concept to handoff. - Maintain and contribute to the existing design system. - Pair with UI engineers to ensure clean, efficient design-to-engineering handoff. - Integrate customer feedback and usability insights into ongoing design improvements. What we are looking for: - 5+ years of experience in product design. - Experience with AI design tooling such as Lovable or Claude Design. - Strong experience designing UX/UI for complex enterprise software. - Experience working within and contributing to design systems. - Advanced proficiency in English. Nice to have: - Experience designing dense or intense workflow interfaces. - iPaaS or enterprise integration domain experience. - Background in UX research. - Experience with prototyping. - Frontend development experience.
