Product Owner

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have: Drive Product Execution Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring work items are clear, prioritised, and ready for development. Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria that enable efficient delivery. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to keep delivery on track and maximise product value. Solve Problems & Improve the Product Investigate business requests, analyse player behaviour and product performance, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience. Validate requirements, challenge assumptions, and recommend the best solutions before development begins. Independently investigate product issues, evaluate trade-offs, and propose informed recommendations. Collaborate Across Teams Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, Design, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver impactful features. Gather and clarify requirements to reduce ambiguity and ensure smooth execution throughout the product lifecycle. Work with QA teams to ensure delivered features meet business requirements and maintain high quality standards. All you need is… 2+ years of experience in Product roles within iGaming industry Solid experience working with Agile development teams. You're naturally curious and enjoy digging into problems to understand the why , not just the what . You know how to turn ideas and business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tickets that engineers can actually work from. You're a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people, asking questions, and challenging assumptions. You'll spend a lot of time working across teams, so being proactive and comfortable starting conversations is essential. You take ownership, don't wait to be told what to do, and aren't afraid to suggest better ways of solving a problem. You've worked with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar to manage product delivery.
