BI Analyst at BairesDev As a BI Analyst, you'll transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You'll build dashboards and reports, analyze data trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions. What You'll Do: - Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions. - Create and maintain data models and documentation for BI solutions. - Optimize queries and reports to ensure performance and accuracy. - Support data governance initiatives and ensure data quality standards. What We Are Looking For: - 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis. - Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. - Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts. - Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Advanced level of English.
