About The Project As a User Researcher , you will be responsible for understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations to guide the design and development of intuitive digital products. You will act as the bridge between user feedback and product strategy, gathering actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research methods to ensure our solutions solve real user problems. What you’ll do Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to understand the unique needs of servicenow.com users, and identify opportunities that inform the design and development of the website. Plan, lead, and execute user experience research in partnership with stakeholders across research, design, and product management. Run moderated and unmoderated sessions: user interviews, usability testing, surveys, concept validation, and diary studies. Analyze the behavior of web users through analytics and product data, and connect those patterns to what users tell you. Synthesize findings into clear insights, user journeys, and prioritized recommendations. Communicate research findings through engaging presentations, visual artifacts, and storytelling that influence design decisions and product strategy, helping the team make data-informed decisions. What makes you a great fit Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ Years of experience successfully applying user research methods to the design of great products. Experience planning, developing, and conducting user research and testing, including strong experience moderating user interviews. Experience analyzing web users, including behavioral and analytics data. A strong portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, and inspiring research work. Proficiency with user research and analysis tools (e.g., Dovetail, Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Figma, Optimal Workshop). Motivated self-starter who takes initiative, navigates ambiguity, and thrives in a fast-moving, results-driven environment. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical judgment: you can hold the user's perspective and the business's needs in mind simultaneously and translate both into clear, actionable recommendations. Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
