Responsabilidades Prestar suporte técnico aos clientes, garantindo um atendimento ágil, consultivo e de qualidade. Analisar e diagnosticar as demandas recebidas, identificando a causa raiz antes de direcioná-las para outras áreas. Registrar, acompanhar e solucionar chamados, mantendo o cliente informado durante todo o processo de atendimento. Realizar atendimento a clientes nacionais e internacionais, em português e espanhol. Cumprir os SLAs estabelecidos e acompanhar indicadores de performance da área.
