Location: South Africa (Remote) Schedule: US or UK Hours About the Company Lead Generation Group is shaking up the world of B2B lead generation. We’re not interested in low-value volume. We focus on meaningful, high-converting conversations that lead to real revenue. As we continue to scale, we’re searching for a strong, experienced Business Development Representative to elevate our growing sales division. The Role This role is for a true closer. You’ll be handling warm leads who are already curious. You will be taking them through a strategic, value-led sales process. If you're someone who loves building rapport, navigating complex objections, and turning opportunity into signed contracts, this is the perfect fit. Key Skills & Experience A history of success in high-ticket sales or closing service based deals. A natural ability to build trust and create urgency without pressure tactics. Confident in multi-step sales processes and extended decision-making cycles. Highly driven, self-motivated, and growth-oriented. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Account Executive, or similar high-ticket sales role. Demonstrated the ability to consistently close deals and meet targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and active-listening skills. Strong understanding of consultative selling, value-based selling, and handling objections. What We Offer Base salary + uncapped commission structure. The chance to work with a high-performing team and quality inbound leads. A company that rewards outcomes, not just activity. Clear path to career advancement, whether that’s leadership, enterprise sales, or both. Training, mentorship, and ongoing sales enablement.

74,689 Sales Jobs Open Right Now — Where to Look

Most are in India and the US. Here's how to pick the right one for you.

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.

Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.

The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.

Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
