Functional Analyst

We’re looking for someone who can shape the vision, set priorities, and steer software products that truly make an impact for both the business and our customers. About the role As a Functional Analyst , you help improve collaboration between teams and external partners . You ensure structured decision-making, streamlined processes, and effective communication. You analyse current inefficiencies, develop sustainable frameworks, and guide implementation to enhance long-term efficiency. Key responsibilities Assess existing workflows , identifying bottlenecks and communication gaps. Develop and propose scalable solutions for prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Implement improved processes, facilitating alignment across teams and locations. Conduct workshops and support decision-making to integrate changes effectively . Provide structured documentation , training, and tools to ensure long-term adoption . Transfer knowledge and responsibilities to internal teams, preventing ongoing consultant reliance.
