Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics , created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defence co-production: the German Model . As a Quality Control Process Engineer (Manager) , you will develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal and international standards. Your work will be essential in maintaining product reliability and driving continuous improvement across our production operations. You will work closely with stakeholders from Production planning, Flight Test, as well as Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production processes and deliver exceptional products. Our goal is to provide democratic armies, including the Ukrainian forces, with reliable tools to defend their countries and the values they stand for. Your mission at Quantum-Systems will contribute to this purpose and make a meaningful impact. What is your Day to Day Mission: Develop and implement quality control processes for production. Analyze and optimize technological processes to meet quality standards. Create and maintain quality documentation (instructions, methodologies, checklists). Define and implement key quality indicators (KPIs). Monitor product compliance with internal and, in the future, international standards. Collaborate with suppliers on component quality and initiate corrective actions for deviations. Analyze customer complaints and develop measures to reduce defects. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Train personnel on quality standards and control methods.
