Project Manager – Computer-Aided Dispatch & Telephony Replacement

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex technology modernization initiative involving the replacement and implementation of Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and telephony systems. The successful candidate will manage the project through planning, development, implementation, data migration, and operational readiness while coordinating with a large and diverse stakeholder group. Key Responsibilities Manage the project through development, implementation, data migration, and operational start-up. Ensure project objectives are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and performance requirements. Define project objectives, resource requirements, team roles, responsibilities, and governance. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, and dependencies. Coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders and project teams. Monitor and report project progress throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Conduct critical path and schedule analysis and address potential delivery impacts. Prepare project reports, plans, charts, and other project management documentation. Ensure all project deliverables and milestones are completed as planned. Lead stakeholder meetings and support the resolution of project issues. Coordinate project implementation, operational readiness, and final project sign-off.
