We are looking for a Project Controller to complete our consultants Workforce Management Service to support the Business Management & Administration Department of the European Space Agency (ESA) at their location in Madrid, Spain. Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, handicap (+33% certificado de discapacidad), or any other reason protected by relevant state or municipal legislation, we are pleased to consider all eligible candidates for employment The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to: Monitor project budgets, costs, spending, and resource planning to support effective project delivery; Assist managers in preparing and tracking annual budgets and financial plans, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions when needed; Support procurement activities, including planning, coordination, contract preparation, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up; Ensure financial and procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational procedures; Maintain and update project, financial, and resource data within internal systems and planning tools; Produce regular reports and analyses on project performance, budgets, spending, commitments, and resource allocation; Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to support project monitoring and decision-making; Monitor project schedules, risks, and key milestones, ensuring information is kept up to date; Support audit activities by providing documentation, data, and administrative assistance; Assist with asset and inventory management processes; Review supplier proposals and cost estimates to assess budget credibility and value for money; Coordinate operational and administrative activities related to project campaigns and special initiatives; Manage vendor relationships, contracts, purchase orders, and logistical arrangements for project teams; Support the organization of travel, accommodation, and local services required for project activities; Act as a point of contact between project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
