About Deluxe Holiday Homes Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 800+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia, and serves five brands from one marketing department: Deluxe Holiday Homes, ProKeep, HIVE Business Center, Deluxe Homes Interior Design, and Deluxe Homes Real Estate Brokers. We run a platform-first model: our in-house Marketing OS and AI pipelines do the production-line work, and a small team does judgment, camera, and execution. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on, decisive Marketing Executive to own the physical and scheduled side of marketing across all five brands: the video and photo shoot pipeline, the day-to-day operation of every social media account in the group, every marketing vendor (print, signage, uniforms, vehicle branding, design freelancers), the physical launch of HIVE Business Center, and the trackers and weekly reporting the department runs on. You are the single point of accountability for one outcome: everything happens on the date it was promised. This is an ownership role, not a reminder-sender role. You make the routine calls — hold or release a shoot, pin a vendor to a date, reorder collateral before it runs out — and report after; you do not escalate and wait. You hold a written GO/NO-GO right on every shoot: if a shoot is not ready 3 days out, you stop it. If a vendor slips, you are on their phone the same day. Note: This role does not include marketing strategy, creative direction, copywriting, design, paid advertising, or SEO — those sit with specialist owners. Captions, scripts, and visuals arrive prepared from the content team and AI pipeline: you publish and operate, you do not write or design. The role has no direct reports. Key Responsibilities Shoot Production • Own the shoot calendar across all brands: schedule every shoot 7 days out and issue the brief (properties, concept, video count) to the content and camera team. • Run the readiness gate: scripts in 4 days out, written GO or NO-GO to the Shoot Lead and GM 3 days out, by 6 pm, every time. • Lock properties with operations: units blocked, cleaned, and staged 3 days before every shoot. • Prepare the kit: wardrobe, props, and equipment ready on shoot day. • Log delivered-vs-planned for every shoot and keep host cancellation and standby penalties at AED 0. 2. Social Publishing & Account Operations • Publish the prepared content for all 5 brands, every day, per the approved calendar through the Marketing OS — and log the live link for every post. Flag any cadence break 24 hours before it happens, never after. • Operate every social account in the group (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube): bios, links, covers, highlights, pinned posts — complete and current at all times — and secure handles, profiles, and defensive registrations for any new brand or entity within 48 hours of its naming. • Moderate comments and DMs across all accounts with hard routing rules: booking or sales leads to the reservations and BD teams the same day, guest complaints to operations, spam hidden. • Keep Google Business Profile and Bing Places complete and active for ProKeep and HIVE (weekly posts, photos, Q&A), and execute the citation list set by the Search team. • Send review responses within 48 hours (AI-drafted, human-checked). • Run a monthly QA pass across every live channel and fix what it finds. 3. Vendors, Print & Physical Brand • Own every marketing vendor thread end-to-end: supplier, quote, approval, pinned date, delivery, and payment paperwork to finance. • Keep welcome books and in-unit collateral stocked across 700+ units on a reorder • Deliver uniforms and the vehicle-branding schedule (15 vehicles currently pending) to completion. • Chase trademark agents (EN + AR) and manage Arabic transcreation delivery from briefed vendors. • Run the physical launch of HIVE Business Center: signage, tour-route materials, print collateral, and opening-day logistics. • Bring every vendor decision to the GM as a 3-option comparison with your recommendation. 4. Trackers & Reporting • Keep every task, vendor, and budget line in ClickUp with a due date, updated every working day — without being chased. • File and index every photo and video asset within 48 hours of delivery so the AI pipeline can use it. • Send the Monday report to the GM: progress, blockers (with the date and person you escalated to), and spend. • Escalate any blocker — on anyone, including the GM — in writing within 24 hours. • Record every operational decision (cadence changes, vendor awards, holds) in the decision log.

Singapore alone has 5,920 of them. India has 3,543. The US has 2,443. If you're looking at a marketing role, geography matters: check WorkMundi's location filters to see which regions match your visa status and timezone. Don't apply everywhere; apply where you can actually work.

Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
