Villa Operations Supervisor Location: Bingin / Uluwatu, Bali Position: Full-time We are looking for a hands-on Villa Operations Supervisor to manage the daily operations of 7 luxury private villas in Bingin. This is an active onsite role . You will supervise the housekeeping team, communicate with guests and make sure every villa is clean, well maintained and guest-ready. Main Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of 7 villas Coordinate and supervise the housekeeping team + poolattendent and daily schedule Personally check villa quality before every guest arrival Monitor and respond to Airbnb / Guesty messages and guest requests Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and special guest requests Assist guests and make sure problems and requests are fully resolved Identify maintenance issues and coordinate technicians/handymen Check pool, garden, linen, amenities and villa supplies Make sure Bali Bliss Villa SOPs and quality standards are followed Provide Management with a short daily operational update
