Superlinear is building Holon, an Enterprise Orchestration Platform for the physical economy. Large companies that move or make goods run every part of their operation on its own system. One decides what stock is needed, another plans the warehouse, another plans the trucks. Each system optimises its own KPI, so a decision that looks right to logistics quietly costs margin in commercial. Companies leave two to four percentage points of EBITDA on the table this way. Not because their departments are inefficient, but because no tool optimises the end-to-end chain. We call it the Orchestration Gap . That’s where Enterprise Orchestration comes in. Not another tool for one of your departments, but the first system that optimises replenishment, distribution and transport jointly against one objective: net contribution. Backed by a €6M Series A , we intend to unlock a 1% increase in EU GDP. Profitable enterprises are the engine that funds our society, so every point of efficiency we unlock in the physical economy is a resource Europe gets back. That is the shift we’re after: from a world of scarcity to a world of possibility. The role You are our first product marketing hire and you own the story end to end: what problem we solve, who has it worst, why the systems they already own can't fix it, and what proof makes that credible. You'll build it from the market, not from a whiteboard, by talking to customers, prospects, experts and our own deployment teams, then testing it in live deals until it holds. There is no playbook to inherit here. No positioning doc waiting for you, no case study library, no messaging system. You build the machine. You will be measured on pipeline generated and pipeline progressed. Product marketing at Superlinear is a commercial function, not a content function. What you'll do Get to the truth . Run structured customer and prospect interviews, work expert and partner networks, sit close to our deployment teams. Turn what you hear into positioning, and into a strong marketing story that actually works. Own the story. Build, test and iterate our value proposition, positioning and narrative. Make a technically deep product legible to a supply chain executive. Build credibility. Turn deployments into proof: case studies, ROI models, benchmarks. Evidence is the whole game. Arm the people who sell. Sales narrative, deck, discovery guides, objection handling, competitive battlecards. Sit in on deals, find where the story breaks, fix it. Bring it to market. Website narrative, thought leadership, launch and event messaging.

Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.
In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
