Could you be the person we are looking for to join us as our new Operations Coordinator - Customs in Teesside? We want to hear from you. What would your day at GAC look like? Coordinate the timely and efficient movement of import and export freight by preparing accurate import and export declarations Prepare and manage customs and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and company procedures Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, carriers and customs authorities Maintain accurate records, costings and invoicing information while supporting the smooth movement of freight Monitor shipment progress, resolve customs-related issues and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders Build strong working relationships and contribute to continuous improvement across customs and logistics operations
