As a Quality Control Operator (m/f/d) , you will be a key part of our Production & Assembly Team , supporting the local manufacturing of advanced drone systems in Romania. Together with our World-Class Team, you will play an empowering role in delivering systems for one of Romania's most significant defense procurement programs, with drone assembly taking place entirely in Romania under the European SAFE initiative. The Romanian production site will not only support local defense programs but will also contribute to fulfilling customer orders across Europe and support the delivery of mission-critical systems for Ukraine, reinforcing Quantum Systems' commitment to strengthening European security and defense capabilities. https://startupcafe.ro/romania-achizitie-drone-startup-german-quantum-systems-safe-98623 You will be working closely with stakeholders from the Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to ensure every product meets Quantum Systems' quality standards and customer requirements. As Quantum Systems continues to expand its industrial footprint in Romania, your mission will be to support the delivery of reliable, mission-critical systems through rigorous inspections, testing, and quality control activities while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement. What is your Day to Day Mission: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components, assemblies, and finished products. Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to quality procedures and work instructions. Verify compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Identify, document, and report non-conformities and quality deviations. Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities. Ensure defective or non-conforming materials are properly segregated and controlled. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes. Participate in product testing and validation activities where required. Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company quality requirements.
