As a Bar & Desk Host at Max Brown Museum Square, you are what makes the guest experience outstanding. The role is very diverse, as you are taking care of both the front desk and the food & beverage operations. We are looking for that sparkly person who loves to work together in a dynamic, international environment and goes that extra mile for our guests. Do you see yourself doing a check-in while shaking the perfect cocktail and sharing your favorite hidden gems in Amsterdam? Then we are looking for you to become part of our Max Brown team! This is what your role will look like You will make sure our guests are well looked after by handling the breakfast, coffees behind the bar as well as cocktails and other drinks; Your shifts will vary in breakfast shifts and Bar & Desk (reception) shifts; You will take care of the front desk related operations, such as checking guests in- and out, dealing with (creating) reservations and administrative tasks; You will share the most unique ins and outs of what the city has to offer, maybe based on your own experience; Working closely with your Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance colleagues.
