You will play a key role in candidate management, hiring the right talents, coordinating with high volume of talents , and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Your roadmap to make an impact Own full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer stage across complex and business-critical roles in different departments. Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies and prioritization. Support with proactive sourcing strategies across European talent markets, particularly for hard-to-hire technical and engineering profiles when required. Ensure high-quality candidate assessment through structured interviews, clear evaluation frameworks, and reference checks. Oversee and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Support with employer branding strategy and content to strengthen TYTAN’s positioning in competitive European talent markets.
