Are you ready to take true ownership of our properties in Salzburg, Carinthia and Upper Austria? As (Junior) Operations Manager (m/f/d) , you will shape the daily performance of our local portfolio in Austria. How you’ll be hosting with heart: You will be responsible for our properties in Salzburg, Carinthia and Upper Austria and make sure that our daily operations run smoothly by coordinating with our local service providers and conducting site visits regularly You take over the multi-site portfolio management across your assigned region, maintaining overview and operational control over multiple locations simultaneously You ensure all properties meet Limehome’s quality standards and monitor KPIs, cost ratios, and P&L metrics to drive operational performance and profitability You take part in the pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties, ensuring operational readiness and seamless handovers You build strong relationships with our cleaning and maintenance partners, managing and negotiating with external vendors to ensure smooth operations for all Limehomes You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are applied consistently across all locations and contribute to maintaining our high standards
