As a Flight Test Engineer , you will be a key part of our Flight Test Team , supporting the local manufacturing, testing, and operational validation of advanced drone systems in Romania. What is your Day-to-Day Mission: Plan, prepare, and execute UAV flight test activities in accordance with test plans, safety procedures, and operational requirements. Support the validation and verification of aircraft systems, payloads, software releases, and mission equipment. Prepare UAV platforms, ground control stations, payloads, batteries, and supporting equipment for flight test operations. Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks to ensure safe and reliable test execution.
