About the assignment Milence is looking for interim Contract Operations Support to support the Network Operations team during a period of increased operational demand. The assignment will focus on supplier onboarding, contract administration, documentation management and operational coordination to help ensure smooth delivery of key business priorities and hub go-live activities. What you will do Support onboarding of new suppliers and maintain supplier records. Manage contract administration, document filing and status tracking. Maintain operational documentation, trackers and process records. Support documentation activities within systems such as Ultimo. Coordinate follow-up actions and support operational workstreams. Assist with administrative readiness activities for hub go-lives and other operational projects.
