About the role: Join Auditdata’s development group to build and modernize our healthcare software solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, developing and maintaining our Engage solution, spanning backend, mobile and front-end, and i mplement different integrations. This role requires strong ownership, resourceful skills, and a proactive approach to driving innovation and efficiency in our software system. Suits an engineer comfortable moving across frontend, mobile, backend, and desktop code while maintaining production quality. Tech environment: React / TypeScript / Vite, React Native / Expo, C# / .NET 8–10, .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, WPF/XAML, and Azure SQL. We build AI-first with Claude / Claude Code. What you will do: Build end-to-end features across our healthcare solutions: React Native applications, .NET APIs and workers, React web UIs, and WPF desktop clients. Design REST APIs, event-driven integrations, authentication flows, and data access using EF Core, SQL Server, and Azure services. Maintain and modernize the Windows desktop application, including local storage, external audiology-system integrations, packaging, and deployment. Diagnose production issues across client, cloud, and integration boundaries using structured logs, monitoring, and telemetry. Improve architecture, automated tests, maintainability, and performance. Use Claude / Claude Code in daily development to design, implement, test, and review changes. Collaborate in a remote scrum team through planning, PR reviews, and knowledge sharing. Technical skills and expertise: 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong professional experience across all three core areas: React and TypeScript web applications, React Native / Expo for iOS, and C# across .NET Core and .NET Framework. Experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, Entity Framework, and SQL databases. Ability to own features across backend, web/mobile frontend layers. Cloud experience (Azure preferred), CI/CD, and solid engineering fundamentals. Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar. Strong English communication (B2+) Nice-to-haves: Experience with Azure cloud services. Windows desktop development with WPF/XAML, including debugging and maintaining existing applications. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Windows installers/WiX, SQLite, or third-party desktop integrations. Experience modernizing legacy systems without disrupting production workflows. Experience with healthcare, medical devices, regulated environments, or sensitive data. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
