Recruitment Operations Coordinator

We are a fast-growing UK-based cleaning company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Operations Coordinator to support both our recruitment and day-to-day cleaning operations. Working closely with the HR Manager and Operations team, you'll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding cleaners and ensuring our administrative systems remain accurate and up to date. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Source and contact candidates by phone. Conduct initial telephone interviews. Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process. Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM. Update recruitment trackers and databases. Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently. Provide general administrative support What You'll Bring Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Confidence speaking with candidates and cleaners by phone. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment. Calm, professional approach to problem-solving. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.
