About the Role: Our UK cleaning company is expanding, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Operations Assistant. This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and keen to contribute to a fast-moving recruitment process. You’ll support the operations team by managing candidate communications, data, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Contact and screen candidates by phone Update and manage candidate information online Keep accurate Excel records of recruitment activity Organise emails, calendars, and schedules in Outlook Provide admin support to the recruitment team Answer calls and take detailed notes/messages Compensation & Benefits: Salary: R7,500 per month 40 days paid leave annually Fully remote position Growth and learning opportunities within an international company
