As Demi Chef de Partie (m/w/d), you will be a key part of our Culinary Team, delivering high-quality meals and creating an outstanding food experience for our employees. What is your Day to Day Mission: Responsibility for a dedicated kitchen station within the daily cook-to-order service Preparation and execution of mise en place for your assigned area Preparation of high-quality dishes for our daily breakfast and lunch service with regularly changing menus Support in the development and implementation of new dishes and seasonal menu concepts Ensuring consistently high standards in food quality, presentation, and taste Organizing your station efficiently and maintaining structured workflows Ensuring compliance with all hygiene regulations and HACCP standards throughout daily operations
