As Commis de Cuisine (m/w/d), you will be part of our Culinary Team, supporting the preparation of fresh, high-quality meals for our employees. Working alongside experienced chefs, you will contribute to a smooth kitchen operation while continuously developing your culinary skills in a modern and dynamic environment. What is your Day to Day Mission: Support the daily à-la-minute cook-to-order service in our modern corporate catering environment Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and execution of the lunch service Carry out daily mise en place and prepare fresh ingredients and components Prepare simple dishes and support the creation of rotating daily specials Learn and apply professional kitchen workflows and quality standards Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP standards Support the preparation of different production areas, such as the hot kitchen, cold kitchen, salad and bowl station, pizza station, or special event station Contribute to smooth kitchen operations through clean, structured, and reliable work practices Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our daily changing menu offerings
