Qualifications 3+ years of experience in product evaluation, release readiness, QA, UX validation, or a related field. Experience assessing consumer products from an end-user perspective. Strong documentation and issue-tracking skills. Ability to identify usability, clarity, and customer experience issues. Skills Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on approach with the ability to evaluate products in real-world scenarios.
