Do you enjoy coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders? Are you motivated by ensuring everything is delivered on time, in full, and exactly as agreed? As Project Manager Germany , you are responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of projects for our key German retail customers: Aldi, Lidl, and Müller. You translate commercial agreements into clear project plans and ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams, production partners, external artwork agencies, and customers. You take ownership of timelines, budgets, quality, and specifications, ensuring every project is delivered OTIF and within budget. Acting as the central link between factory and customer, you proactively manage expectations and keep projects on track. In close collaboration with the Key Account Manager Germany, Buying, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Inside Sales, you ensure efficient execution. Externally, you coordinate with production sites, artwork agencies, and customers to secure timely approvals and flawless delivery. Your tasks on a row Coordinate execution of German key account projects (launches, tenders, seasonal deals) Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-department deliverables Translate commercial agreements into internal briefs (packaging, pricing, logistics) Monitor progress and escalate bottlenecks, delays, and deviations Ensure 95% OTIF project delivery Act as main internal contact for German clients on implementation and follow-up Prepare product data and customer documentation (Excel, BC, portals) Align with Buying, Supply Chain, and Quality on specs, stock, and lead times Maintain project overviews and provide weekly status reporting
