UpSlide is the number one productivity solution provider for financial services. Our software dramatically improves the functionality of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Power BI and enables users at firms like Deloitte, KPMG, and BNP Paribas to focus on high-value tasks rather than formatting or copy-pasting. We’re scaling up with 180+ employees across our offices in New York, London, Paris (HQ), Singapore, and Berlin. Our values ✨ Our values guide our approach to work and are at the heart of our recruitment process. To join our team, we look for individuals who value: Excellence: We think that every detail counts, and we place great importance on the quality of our deliverables. Trust: We are passionate, committed, and free to act with autonomy. Happiness at work: We enjoy looking on the bright side and we share our enthusiasm with our colleagues and clients. The team 🧑🤝🧑 This is a brand-new role . As UpSlide's go-to-market approach evolves, we're introducing a dedicated Mid-Market motion, distinct from Enterprise, each with its own team and process. You will lead the Global Mid-Market Sales team , reporting directly to Alexandra Chiaramonti (CCO). It's a truly global scope: the team spans the UK, France, and the US - 10 to 15 Account Executives in total, a mix of experienced closers who chose to specialize in this segment, and more junior profiles recently promoted from BDR/SDR roles who are stepping into closing responsibility for the first time. Team goals 🎯 Build a fast, simple, scalable sales motion for this segment, with a shorter sales cycle, while freeing up the Enterprise team to focus where they matter most. Your responsibilities 🖋️ Team leadership & coaching (~40%) Own the team's aggregated ARR target across the UK, France, and US Get to know the team quickly and identify where improvement is needed Coach reps by leading through example: shadow calls, review calls, give direct, live feedback Run the team's rhythm: pipeline reviews, team meetings, 1:1 coaching, and hands-on sales challenges (e.g. cold-calling pushes) Process design & scale (~35%) Full mandate to rebuild the Mid-Market sales playbook, making it faster and easier for the team to navigate Design a simplified, repeatable process that significantly reduces the sales cycle Partner closely with RevOps on data, account segmentation, and territory definition Partner closely with Marketing on lead generation and pipeline Strategic partnership with leadership (~25%) Reporting directly to Alexandra, you will operate with full autonomy and move fast Bring an external benchmark: UpSlide is looking for outside perspective on what "good" looks like in Mid-Market sales Represent the Mid-Market segment in cross-functional planning Your goals ⚡ 3 months : Team structure finalised. First routines and cadences running. 6 months : Team hitting its revenue targets. 9 months : Mid-Market segment scaling beyond its initial setup. Beyond these milestones, this is a ground-floor opportunity: you'll be building a brand-new team and function from scratch, with a direct line to the C-level and real latitude to shape how UpSlide sells to this segment going forward.
Most are in India and the US. Here's how to pick the right one for you.

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.
Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
