As a Flight Test Engineer, you will be part of our System Testing and Prototyping team and a key function to put drones and overall systems through their paces and improve them in collaboration with development. With our world-class team, currently 8 team members, you will play a pivotal role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology. You will work closely with stakeholders in software and hardware development to ensure our drones are delivered to customers "bug free". With a strong motivation to test products to their limits and beyond, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for aerial data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV). What is your Day to Day Mission: Plan and execute flight tests to evaluate the performance and functionality of our UAVs Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure all necessary equipment is in working order Deal with error tickets to insure the high level of quality assurance Analyze flight data and provide detailed reports on test results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any technical issues Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UAV technology
