Your Responsibilities Team Leadership & Delivery Lead, mentor, and support a team of software and firmware developers. Ensure timely and reliable delivery of high-quality software and firmware releases. Oversee planning, prioritization, and daily execution. Ensure testing coverage, validation, and adherence to engineering quality standards Continuous Process Improvement Continuously polish, optimize, and elevate development processes for better efficiency, quality, and predictability. Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements across workflows, tools, and team practices. Promote best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, architecture, and documentation. Introduce and refine engineering standards and development methodologies Quality, RCA & Incident Management Lead root cause analysis (RCA) activities for defects, customer incidents, and escalations. Ensure proper corrective and preventive actions are defined and implemented. Work closely with QA, support teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure quality and stability. Customer & Stakeholder Interaction Serve as a technical and delivery point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, mitigation strategies, and improvement actions. Support customer conversations related to incidents, requirements, and technical clarifications. SAFe & Agile Responsibilities (Team Coach Role) Act as the Team Coach within the SAFe framework. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (team syncs, retrospectives, PI Planning participation, etc.).
