About this Role: We are looking for a seasoned Team Lead to head a squad of 6–10 full-stack engineers within the TechOps division. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will be expected to remain a strong individual contributor - writing, reviewing, and owning production code - while simultaneously guiding the team’s technical direction, growth, and delivery. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
