DevOps Engineer - SIP Core (Voice Platform) Help us run and evolve a mission-critical SIP platform used by business customers every day. In this role, you ensure stability and availability while actively driving automation and modernization of our voice services. You’ll work in a DevOps setup with real ownership and impact — from operations to continuous improvement. What you can expect: -High-impact role on a critical VoIP platform (SIP Core / Ribbon) -Modern DevOps environment with automation and continuous improvement -Collaboration across network, architecture, and operations teams -Agile setup (SAFe) with real influence in PI Planning and execution -Room to shape and improve systems — not just operate them. What impact will you have? - Operate and improve SIP-based telecommunication backend systems - Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of voice services - Monitor systems proactively and prevent incidents - Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis - Test and deploy updates, fixes, and improvements - Drive automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency - Contribute to capacity planning and system health checks - Maintain and improve documentation and runbooks - Participate in on-call rotation (Engineer on Duty)
