As a Project Manager at Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI), you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional projects that support the setup, scaling, and optimization of our drone production operations. You ensure that strategic and operational initiatives run efficiently, stay on schedule, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Working closely with leadership, production, engineering, and supply chain teams, you bring structure, clarity, and executional momentum to complex projects. You don’t just manage timelines - you drive alignment, communication, and delivery across teams to enable mission-critical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations Ensure clear project planning, tracking, and execution in a fast-scaling manufacturing environment Maintain transparency on project progress, risks, and dependencies through structured reporting Support leadership in operational execution, preparation of decision materials, and implementation of strategic initiatives Establish and maintain scalable project management frameworks, processes, and documentation standards Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities and deadlines Ensure projects align with business objectives, production goals, and operational efficiency targets Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration Organize and lead project meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability
