Location: Remote / EU Stage: Pre-seed, PMF exploration Product: AI-powered Accounting Automation Platform About the role We are looking for a Marketing Lead to build and drive the GTM function from scratch at our AI-powered accounting automation platform. You will work closely with the founding team and investors to define target segments, test customer acquisition channels, and shape the product's market positioning within the Polish accounting office ecosystem and among companies seeking accounting automation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in uncertainty, combines data-driven thinking with strong marketing intuition, and wants to have a real impact on how a product reaches the market. Your responsibilities As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for: Building and executing the GTM strategy for the AI accounting automation platform, Identifying and segmenting target audiences (accounting offices, finance departments, SME owners), Designing and running lead generation campaigns (outbound, content, paid, partnerships), Creating sales and marketing materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies), Collaborating with the founder and product team on positioning and value communication, Building brand presence in the accounting and fintech ecosystem, Monitoring GTM metrics and iterating quickly based on results. Must have At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing or a GTM role at a startup or scaleup, Proven track record of building customer acquisition strategies — not just executing them, Ability to independently create content and marketing materials, Analytical mindset and comfort with data, hypothesis testing, and drawing conclusions, High autonomy and ability to operate under significant uncertainty Proficiency in Polish and English at C1+ level. Nice to have Experience in fintech, SaaS, or SME-focused tools, Familiarity with the accounting office environment or accounting processes, Experience with AI marketing and automation tools (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.), Previous experience as the first marketing hire at a startup (0→1).
