About the Role & Your Impact As a Business Analyst at Blyce, you bridge business, technology, and legislation by identifying real client needs and turning them into clear, actionable requirements. You collaborate closely with clients, product owners, architects, and developers, and play an active role in shaping product direction. You turn complex legislation into practical solutions and contribute to systems that enable governments to collect taxes and deliver public services effectively. Key Responsibilities Analyze client requests and translate them into clear requirements and user stories Collaborate with product owners and development teams in backlog refinement and solution design Map and improve business processes (BPMN), ensuring alignment with legislation and systems Work closely with clients and stakeholders to clarify needs and validate solutions Maintain structured documentation in Jira and Confluence throughout the product lifecycle
