As a Cloud Architect at Yuma, you work on impactful projects for leading clients in the Benelux, often close to home. you design secure, scalable cloud environments on AWS or Azure, but your real impact goes far beyond infrastructure. In your role, you help organizations take meaningful steps toward their digital future. You don’t push technology for technology’s sake. You listen. You ask the right questions. You work closely with developers, operations teams and business stakeholders, not as a distant expert, but as a partner. Someone who understands both technology and the people who rely on it every day. What you’ll do Organizations that are ready to move to the cloud — whether on Azure or AWS — turn to Yuma when they need more than a technical migration. They need a foundation that is secure, flexible and built to last. You’ll help clients not only with what should be built, but how it fits the organisation, its people and its way of working. You help clients understand the real value of the cloud: making complexity manageable for other. You’ll: Design future-proof cloud architectures on Azure or AWS Translate business needs into technical solutions that make sense Guide teams during implementation and decision-making Think proactively about security, compliance and long-term scalability Who you are You are not only strong in technology: you understand the business context behind it. You can step into the world of different stakeholders and tailor your approach accordingly. You don’t need to be the ultimate specialist in every domain; you rely on the strength of your colleagues when needed. That’s how we work at Yuma: together. If you don’t yet hold the Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification, you’re motivated to achieve it, and we’ll support you in getting there. Additionally, you bring: HBO-level working and thinking ability, gained through education or experience Azure Administrator Associate certification or AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification At least 3 years of experience as an engineer or architect Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
