In this role, you will design, build, and maintain integration solutions that connect cloud services, enterprise systems, and business critical applications. You will work closely with customers and internal delivery teams to ensure integrations are reliable, secure, and scalable. The role combines hands on technical work with responsibility for contributing to and shaping integration architectures that support long term business needs. You will take an active role across the full lifecycle of integration projects, from solution design and implementation to deployment and continuous improvement. In this role, you will Design and implement API based and event driven integration solutions Design integration solutions following Azure best practices and cloud native patterns Build integrations using Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Hubs Implement and maintain SAP integrations, for example SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, or SAP BTP Integration Suite Develop and maintain integrations using C# and the .NET ecosystem Apply Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and API security using OAuth and best practices Collaborate with architects, developers, and customers to design end to end integration solutions Support deployments, monitoring, and continuous improvement of integration platforms, ensuring reliability and observability in production environments What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience in API and integration development Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Hubs) Hands on experience with Infrastructure as Code (tools such as Terraform) Good understanding of OAuth authentication and API security best practices Ability to take ownership of integration solutions and make technical decisions in customer projects Experience with C# programming and the .NET ecosystem, particularly when building Azure Functions or custom integration components Fluency in English Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Nice to have Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer Associate Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Expertise in BizTalk Experience with SAP integrations, including S/4HANA, PI/PO, or BTP Integration Suite Previous experience delivering or managing integrations in large organizations Why Norrin? If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
